My sister is here!

My sister is here. I am so excited to see her! And I even get to stay in a hotel for the night with her. It is the first time in 5 1/2 weeks that I have slept in a real bed.

Sweet dreams for me tonight. :)

About Cael

Cael was 7 months old when he was diagnosed with Severe Combined Immune Deficiency (SCID). It is a rare, genetic condition in which he was born with very few T cells in his immune system, which are required for fighting infection. He is now 10 months old and about to receive his stem cell transplant. Follow this blog as I, his mom, update everyone on the progress of his treatment before, during, and after he receives his stem cell transplant.
